Welcome to Impromptoo. These Terms are the agreement between you and Impromptoo for use of the app. They are written to be read, not skimmed — please take a minute. By creating an account or using Impromptoo, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What Impromptoo is

Impromptoo helps people make spontaneous, in-person plans. You can post a plan, ask to join someone else’s, connect with people you’ve met, chat in a plan’s group thread, and leave private ratings afterward. Impromptoo is the tool that introduces people — the plans themselves, and everything that happens at them, are between the people involved.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 17 years old to use Impromptoo. By using the app you confirm that you are 17 or older, that the information you give us is truthful, and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms. We may ask you to verify your age, and we may suspend or remove accounts we believe belong to anyone under 17.

3. Your account

•You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code we text you. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account.

•One account per person. Don’t impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.

•You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account.

•You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. See our Privacy Policy for what that removes.
